Following up on a successful theatrical run, it’s almost time for The Quintessential Quintuplets anime film to touch down on home video in Japan, so now is the perfect opportunity to celebrate. The sisters are doing so with a special music video that made its way to the Pony Canyon YouTube channel, offering up a delightful look back at the anime series to the tune of the Nakano sisters performing “The Quintessential Quintuplets ~Arigatou no Hana~,” which was also the movie’s ending theme.
If you’re not caught up with the anime, you’ll definitely run into some spoilers, so watch out!
Crunchyroll summarizes The Quintessential Quintuplets TV anime like this:
Uesugi Fuutarou, a high school second-year from a poor family, receives a highly appealing offer to work part-time as a tutor… but his students turn out to be girls from his own class! What’s more, they’re quintuplets… and all five are beautiful, but happen to be problem students who have borderline grades and hate studying! Looks like his first assignment will be to win all the sisters’ trust?! Every day is a wild party in this rom-com centering around the quintuplet sisters of the Nakano household!
