Ingredients
- 1 package (22 ounces) frozen waffle fries
- 1 pound ground beef
- 2/3 cup water
- 1 envelope taco seasoning
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 8 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled
- 1/2 cup dill pickle slices
- 3/4 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 medium tomato, seeded and chopped
- 1/4 cup secret burger sauce
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1 tablespoon prepared mustard
Directions
- Bake fries according to package directions. Meanwhile, in a large skillet, cook beef over medium heat until no longer pink, 5-7 minutes, breaking into crumbles; drain. Return to pan. Add water and taco seasoning. Cook and stir until sauce thickens, about 3 minutes.
- Transfer fries to a 10-in. cast-iron or other ovenproof skillet. Top with seasoned ground beef, shredded cheese and bacon. Return to oven until cheese is melted, about 5 minutes. Top with pickles, lettuce and tomato. Drizzle with secret sauce, ketchup and mustard.
