Samsung has started selling the Galaxy A14 5G in the US with fewer memory configurations than its CES 2023 presentation suggested would be the case too. Despite revealing the device as offering 64 GB or 128 GB of storage and 4 GB or 6 GB of RAM, only a 64 GB of storage and 4 GB of RAM option is available at the time of publication.
The handset supports up to 1 TB expandable storage via MicroSD cards, but it remains to be seen why Samsung has not released a 128 GB of storage or 6 GB of RAM variant yet. As expected, the Galaxy A14 5G is available for US$199.99 in the US before taxes. Samsung is not offering any promotional deals at launch, although the device can be purchased unlocked or locked to AT&T, T-Mobile and Verizon.
