MGallery will open its first luxury hotel in the city of Liverpool next month. The property will be housed in a Grade-II listed building on Dale Street.
The Municipal Liverpool – MGallery will boast 179 guestrooms across four floors. Rooms will range from double beds to suites, and all will showcase warm and earthy colour palettes.
The property’s brasserie will serve up British fare inspired by Liverpool’s trade history. Located in the hotel’s central atrium will be Palm Court Bar. Finally, the tearoom will serve afternoon tea during the day before transforming into a cocktail bar when night falls.
The wellness facilities on-site will include a 16 m swimming pool, a sauna, a steam room, a fitness area, a salon, and a spa.
The hotel’s MICE offer will consist of seven meeting rooms, named after some of Liverpool’s famed quarters such as Ropewalks, Baltic, Cavern, Waterfront, and Georgian Quarter.
RBH Hospitality has been appointed by developer Fragrance Group to manage The Municipal Liverpool – MGallery.
I am delighted to write a new story for the Municipal building, bringing back its local heritage into a hotel and introducing the luxury brand MGallery to Liverpool. It has been a joy to see this iconic building brought back to life and we can’t wait to welcome guests into the space and experience its charm for themselves. The hotel is an invitation to change the pace, take time, and have a real break.
