Cycas Hospitality has been appointed by the owner of the upscale lifestyle hotel, Hua Kee, to manage the property. It is the hotel management company’s 6th hotel in Paris and 10th in France.
25hours Hotel Terminus Nord constitutes the first partnership between Cycas Hospitality and Ennismore. The company will operate the property under a hotel management agreement.
The 237-key hotel is situated beside Paris’ Gare du Nord train station. It boasts an Israeli-Mediterranean fusion restaurant and a bar, as well as three meeting spaces.
The agreement brings Cycas’ global portfolio to over 50 hotels under management across 12 countries.
The Terminus Nord Hotel has been part of the area’s story since 1865, almost 5 years ago it was renovated into a quirky and elaborate 25hours Hotel. The entire Cycas team is proud and excited to help write the next chapter in this unique property’s history. The hotel’s commitment to celebrating the surrounding area’s vibrant community makes this property incredibly exciting for guests and our team alike.
