A renowned leaker has revealed the first set of official Galaxy Tab S9 FE series images. Likely arriving later this year alongside the Galaxy S23 FE and Galaxy Buds FE, the Galaxy Tab S9 FE and Galaxy Tab S9 FE Plus retain premium-looking designs with slim display bezels, metal housings and S Pen support.
Roland Quandt has published official images of the Galaxy Tab S9 FE series, shortly after leaking equivalent images of the DJI Mini 4 Pro. For reference, Quandt’s latest leak arrives a day after @billbil_kun revealed European pricing for Samsung’s next Fan Edition tablets. In summary, the Galaxy Tab S9 FE is expected to start at €529 with 6 GB of RAM and 128 GB of storage but will cost up to €699 for its 5G and 256 GB of storage variant.
As the images below show, the Galaxy Tab S9 FE has a single rear-facing camera, unlike earlier models. Additionally, the tablet is said to feature a 10.9-inch display and a metal housing that will be available in grey, lavender, mint and silver colourways. Quandt reports that Samsung will offer the Galaxy Tab S9 FE Plus with the same colour options, albeit with a larger chassis to house a 12.4-inch display.
Based on earlier leaks, the Galaxy Tab S9 FE series will launch later this year with the Exynos 1380, an octa-core chipset that we reviewed earlier this year in the Galaxy A54. Overall, the Galaxy Tab S9 FE Plus appears to just be a scaled-up version of its sibling but with an additional rear-facing camera. Thus, both tablets have slim display bezels and S Pen support. Unfortunately, it is unclear whether Samsung will launch the pair running Android 13 or Android 14.
