Jackson is also a monthly contributor to the "Sedona Journal of Emergence". He and his wife live in Illinois.
Prior to writing, Jackson worked as an addiction counselor for 20 years. He founded and oversaw Recovery House Inc., a Transitional Residential Facility in Gary, Indiana. He also served as a therapist and addiction counselor for the Indiana Department of Corrections. Jackson attended Clark University in Atlanta, Georgia, and The University of Maryland overseas extension in Oxford, England, where he graduated in Psychology/Philosophy. He is a motivational speaker, Certified Biofeedback Practitioner, Ordained Minister, and a Reiki Master/Instructor.
In 2005, Jackson started writing poetry. Until then, Jackson had shown no interest in poetry or writing. Over the course of a year, more than 500 poems poured out from his being, eventually resulting in Cacophony, a book of 92 poems published in 2006. The collection received critical acclaim. The compilation, Songs of Honour (Noble House Publishers, 2006), also chose his poems for publication. Various Art Galleries across America sell signed personalized copies of his poems. The book Cacophony was his first literary offering and proved to be a prelude for what was to come.
In 2007, Source/God began to speak through Jackson in speech and writings. The information received from Source is contained within his books. Jackson's books received favorable reviews from critics and have all had feature story coverage in newspapers. Elliott and his wife Diane are frequent guests on radio shows around the country. He and Diane complete a 51-city national workshop and book signing tour each year. The Jacksons appear at New Age stores and Holistic centers across the world where they conduct The Create Your Reality workshop. Their workshops focus on the messages and information contained within The Sapiential Discourses Universal Wisdom book series and From God to You: Absolute Truth. His books are sold worldwide.
