FXGlobe, a forex and CFDsbroker, has appointed Todor Georgiev as its new Chief Operating Officer (COO).Georgiev joins FXGbloe from the online trading provider, Tixee, where he has acted inthe same capacity for nearly two years.
The new COO at FXGlobe announced hisappointment on Monday through LinkedIn, noting that he will “lead the operationsteam and work towards driving growth and efficiency across the company.” The c-suite executive added that he will work with colleagues to take FXGblobe “tothe next level.”
Georgiev’s Career Experience
For over a decade, Georgiev hasworked at various organizations in legal and compliance roles. Before he becameCOO at Tixee in July 2022, he served as the Head of Legal and Compliance at theCyprus-based brokerage firm.
Before that, he was a RegulatoryAffairs Manager at brokerage firm Exness, contributing to “mitigating theoverall regulatory and compliance risk for the group.”
Georgiev, who holds a Bachelorof Laws degree from the University of Nicosia, also worked for three companiesbetween June 2009 and October 2017 in compliance roles. For over a year and a half between October 2017 and May 2019, he was the Legal and FinancialConsultant as well as the Compliance Officer at FAI Financial AssociatesInternational.
Furthermore, he spent a nine-month stint atIFSAexperts between February and October 2017. In June 2009, he worked as theExecutive Director, Manager and Compliance Officer at West Union CyprusLimited, a company that provides legal services to entrepreneurs and internationalcorporations.
