Paradisus Gran Canaria

The weekend of 25-26 March 2023 will mark the European debut of the Paradisus by Meliá luxury brand, with the opening of a hotel in Gran Canaria, followed by a second opening in Lanzarote in late May.

The Paradisus Gran Canaria hotel features 297 rooms and suites, divided into different categories, ranging from Premium to Superior Nikté and The Reserve, the latter with exclusive access areas for adults only.

The property, whose architecture, design and interior decoration are the work of the ASAH studio headed by architect Álvaro Sans following the transformation of Meliá Tamarindo, also includes a wellness area and nine dining options.

In line with Meliá Hotels International’s commitment to sustainability, bed linen and accessories are 100% sustainable, recyclable and made from environmentally friendly materials. F&B products are also sourced locally.

The Paradisus Salinas Lanzarote, designed by architect Fernando Higueras, will begin welcoming guests on 22 May. The hotel, formerly known as Meliá Salinas, will also be linked to the signature of chef Germán Ortega, who will pay tribute to the product with La Graciosa.

The two beachfront hotels are part of the GMA Corporate portfolio, which manages the hotel operator assets of Atom Hoteles Socimi and Victoria Hotels & Resorts.
