Manchester City manager Pep Guardiola says he is “not optimistic racism in Spain will stop soon”, following the racist abuse directed at Real Madrid forward Vinicius Jr at Valencia last Sunday.

Guardiola, who began his playing and coaching careers with Barcelona, says racism is a big problem, not just in football, nor in Spain, but in all walks of life.
