Robert Waggoner is the author of the acclaimed book, "Lucid Dreaming: Gateway to the Inner Self". In 1975, he taught himself how to lucid dream, or realize within a dream that he is dreaming. Since that time he has logged more than 1,000 lucid dreams and is considered an expert on the subject. He co-edits the magazine, Lucid Dreaming Experience, and speaks at university campuses and international conferences and workshops on lucid dreaming.
